NEUTRALIZER WITHOUT OCYGEN NEUTRAL PH WITH AMINO ACIDS OF MARINE COLLAGEN – FORMA neutralizer does not contain hydrogen peroxide but instead contains another oxidizing agent. Working at a neutral pH level of 6-7, it is a less aggressive version than hydrogen peroxide at a pH level of 2-3. It has the advantage of not damaging the natural hair color, and therefore does not lighten or bleach it.

Description

HOW TO APPLY

After the processing time, rinse well with warm water until all the solution is removed.
With a towel, blot excess water from each curler.
Use about 70% of FORMA neutralizing solution to saturate each individual curler.
Leave on for 5 minutes then remove the curlers and distribute teh remaining 30% of neutralizing solution
to each individual curl. Leave on for 2 to 3 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water until you have completely removed the neutralizing solution, proceed to styling.
